Meetings & seminars

Martin's Klooster offers a range of meeting rooms in the historic district of Louvain, just 30 minutes from Brussels.

Are you looking for the ideal conference room for your next business event? Place your trust in Martin's Klooster – set in heritage surrounds with gardens overlooking the river Dyle. We offer professional services and modern infrastructure, alongside traditional elegance.

Martin’s Klooster now offers 11 meeting rooms, spread between the historic hotel and its brand-new extension, Martin’s Klooster Gasthuis. In the main building, 3 flexible rooms can host from 10 to 100 people, fully equipped with everything you need for your meetings (Wi-Fi, LCD projector, screen, flipchart, etc.). These spaces can also be combined into one large, bright and welcoming conference room. In the recently renovated Klooster Gasthuis, you will find 8 brand-new meeting rooms with a contemporary and refined design.

Team-building

Martin's Klooster creates original team building experiences that focus on fun and relaxation.

Build new connections and team cohesion with your colleagues away from work at Martin's Klooster. Thanks to our network of established local partners, we offer a wide range of activities either in the hotel itself or in the magical setting of our garden.

Shake it up as mixologists during a cocktail workshop, return to your childhood with a life-size game of Cluedo, get lost in the historic heart of Louvain or kayak up the Dyle – your most difficult challenge will be to choose an activity for you and your team.

Attention food lovers! Explore the secrets of Belgian chocolate with your colleagues during a chocolate workshop, invent a company-inspired mocktail during a cocktail workshop or dabble in a whisky tasting – simply choose what you would like to do and we’ll take care of the rest.

The cobbled streets of Louvain are the perfect places to strengthen your team's cohesion. Our City Walk is a great opportunity to learn more about this centuries-old city, while our Go Team activity sees you join forces to take on various fun challenges and quizzes.
