One thing is certain: Ludovic Tabourdon knows the field on which he plays. After joining the kitchens of Martin's Château du Lac, he climbed the ladder to become head of the kitchens at Red's Sports Bar & Grill. Creative, he experiments according to his inspiration and designs his menu with his team.
